These floats were designed in collaboration with five-time world champion Alan Scotthorne.

The Drennan SF3 Pole Float is available in five sizes; 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, and 1 g, featuring a streamlined balsa body that is perfect year-round for fishing with maggots and casters.

One of the key features of this new series of pole floats is the addition of replaceable Hi Viz solid plastic 1 mm tips. These come in four colors; red, orange, yellow, and black, and are included with each float, allowing the angler to quickly switch depending on conditions. They fit precisely into the glued low-diameter plastic housing, which has a ribbed surface finish to ensure a secure fit.

The Drennan SF3 Pole Floats have a 0.8 mm carbon stem, are strong and durable enough for all commercial fishing, yet light enough to let the bait fall slowly and naturally through the water.

The stainless steel wire eye is firmly attached to the side of the float, allowing it to sit correctly in the water.

The float housing features our extra tough acrylic paint finish that prevents the line from cutting into the float.
