Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are normally shipped the same day. During busy periods, for exceptional products or when additional checks are required, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands are generally delivered within two working days after dispatch. For other countries, delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. The stated delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees.

Shipping costs
The final shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery country, the weight and the value of the order. You will always see the final amount before paying for your order.
Belgium and the Netherlands
- Standard shipping rate: €4.99.
- Free shipping on orders over €75 for parcels weighing less than 24 kg.
- An additional €4.99 will be charged for every additional 24 kg.
Germany, France and Luxembourg
- Standard shipping rate: €6.99.
- Free shipping on orders over €89 for parcels weighing less than 20 kg.
- An additional €6.99 will be charged for every additional 20 kg.
Zone €9.99
Bulgaria, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
- Standard shipping rate: €9.99.
- Free shipping on orders over €100 for parcels weighing less than 20 kg.
- An additional €9.99 will be charged for every additional 20 kg.
Zone €25
Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
- Shipping rate for a parcel weighing less than 20 kg: €25.
- An additional €25 will be charged for every additional 20 kg.
Zone €35
Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipping rate for a parcel weighing less than 10 kg: €35.
- An additional €50 will be charged for every additional 10 kg.
Important: for very heavy, large or unusual orders, an adjusted rate may be calculated during checkout.
Minimum order amount
To keep processing, packaging and shipping costs manageable, a minimum order amount applies. Shipping costs do not count towards this minimum.

Customs, import duties and local levies
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges, taxes or other local levies may be charged. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are borne by the recipient.
Customs inspections may delay delivery. Carpshop24 has no influence on the duration of these inspections or on the amounts charged by local authorities.
Damage, loss or incorrect delivery
Have you received a damaged parcel, is something missing, or have you received an incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@carpshop24.com. Please state your order number and, where possible, include clear photos.
If Carpshop24 has delivered an incorrect or damaged product, the necessary return costs will be borne by Carpshop24.
Returns
As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Carpshop24 extends this with a voluntary return option up to sixty days after receipt.
During the first fourteen days, the statutory conditions apply. From the fifteenth up to and including the sixtieth day, the product must be unused, complete, clean and fit for resale. Opened or used consumables, including bait, groundbait, liquids and additives, cannot be returned during this additional period.
Direct return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an incorrect, damaged or defective delivery for which Carpshop24 is responsible.
