Description
Arca Pompon is a very light synthetic hook bait for coarse and carp fishing. The soft balls can be placed directly on the hook and stay securely in place during casting and fishing.
By soaking the Pompon in water, a dip or a liquid flavour beforehand, you can adjust its buoyancy while adding extra scent. This allows you to create a striking, slow-sinking or balanced bait presentation, depending on the hook, soaking time and liquid used.
Key features
- Very light artificial bait made from synthetic material
- Can be placed directly on the hook
- Good hook retention
- Absorbs liquid flavours and dips
- Suitable for a striking or balanced presentation
- Reusable as long as the material remains undamaged
How do you use an Arca Pompon?
Carefully prick the Pompon onto the hook and ensure that the hook point remains completely exposed. If you want to make the bait less buoyant or add extra scent, soak it in water or a dip beforehand. Always test the presentation in the margin first, so you can see how quickly the bait sinks and how it sits above the bottom.
