At Carpshop24.com, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. This means that, for any reason whatsoever, you may return a product or your order within 30 days, provided it has NOT been used. If you are not satisfied with the product, if it does not meet your expectations, or if you have changed your mind, no problem!

The shipping costs for your return are at your own expense. You are free to choose which carrier you use for this. As a consumer, you bear the risk of damage or loss during transport. We therefore recommend packing the product securely and sending it by registered mail.

We will refund you once the return has been processed. We aim to process returns within 3 working days at all times, and how quickly the refund appears in your account depends on the payment method you used. In many cases, this is within three working days after the return has been processed.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are possible and free of charge in our store.

Unfortunately, this is not possible online. We will always refund the amount paid and, if a digital invoice was chosen, we will cancel that invoice. Items will only be exchanged if there has been an incorrect delivery. Please always contact our customer service first via info@carpshop24.com

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Of course, this should never happen! If it does, the easiest way is to send us an email at info@carpshop24.com. Please do not forget to mention your order number and include further details about the incorrect item you received and which item you actually ordered.

How do I know whether my return has arrived safely?

As soon as your parcel has arrived with us, you will receive an email. This email contains further information about the processing of your return.

How should I return a product?

If you have received a damaged product, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return it within 30 days.

Please make sure that:

  • The product is clean and presentable.
  • The product is packed in a sturdy box with sufficient protection. This helps prevent damage during transport.
  • The product is sent back to us complete, including any accessories. Only then can we assess it properly.
  • You provide the return with as much information as possible. This gives us more information about the problem.
  • Please note, if you return a fixed spool reel or multiplier reel including fishing line, we cannot guarantee that this line will be returned with it. If the spool or reel is replaced, the line will not be transferred.

Do I have a cooling-off period after placing my order? If so, how long is it?

When you return the product, you will receive the purchase amount back in your account as soon as possible, but within 3 days. Of course, you may also choose another item for the same amount.

However, a number of conditions do apply when returning your product within the cooling-off period.

Conditions:

  • The 30-day cooling-off period starts one day after you have received the product at home.
  • Products must be returned complete and in their original packaging.
  • The returned items must be unused, clean, and in a condition that allows them to be sold as new.
  • Consumable items such as bait, liquids, and groundbait may only be returned if they are unopened
  • Unfortunately, you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the items yourself
  • As a consumer, you bear the risk of damage or loss during transport. Therefore, pack the product properly and keep your proof of shipment until you have received a message from us.

Cancellation after return due to incorrect address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address when placing the order, causing delivery to be impossible and the parcel to be returned, the shipping costs incurred and any return costs will be charged to the customer. In the event of cancellation after the return shipment, only the value of the ordered products will be refunded, minus the shipping and return costs incurred. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
