Single ingredients allow you to tailor groundbait and bait mixes yourself. Think of ingredients that affect binding, texture, nutritional value, colour or dispersion. This allows you to refine an existing groundbait or create your own mix.
Choose each ingredient with a clear purpose and add small quantities gradually. Consider the fish species, season, current and water depth. Note the proportions when a mix works well so you can prepare it the same way again later.
