Hi-Viz Pole Float Tips – Float Antennas 💰

With the Drennan Hi-Viz Pole Float Tips, you can quickly adapt a float with an interchangeable tip system to changing light conditions. By choosing a contrasting antenna colour, even the smallest movement remains more visible, allowing you to read cautious bites more accurately.

The interchangeable tips can be cut to length if required. Always select the same diameter in the product selector as the original tip of your float: an incorrect size will not fit properly and may affect performance or attachment.

Key features

• Interchangeable antenna tips for Drennan floats with a compatible interchangeable tip system
• Several contrasting colours to respond quickly to changing light and backgrounds
• Black tip for a sharp silhouette against bright or white reflective water
• Can be cut to length for the desired visibility and balance
• Helps make subtle bite indication easier to read

Check the specified tip diameter of your float before ordering. For example, the Drennan AS Carp 3 uses a different compatible tip size from the Drennan AS Carp 5. Always consult the product specification for the relevant float.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right Hi-Viz Pole Float Tip?

Choose a tip with exactly the same diameter as the interchangeable one in your float. Then select the colour according to the background and ambient light in which you are fishing.

When should I use a black float tip?

Black often provides the best contrast in bright light and against white or highly reflective water. A fluorescent colour is generally clearer against a dark bank, shade or vegetation.

Do these tips fit every Drennan float?

No. They are only intended for Drennan floats with an interchangeable tip system and a matching diameter. Check this before ordering; they cannot directly replace a standard fixed glued-in antenna.
