Description
The Cresta Insert Elastic Protectors protect the elastic when folding a two-piece top kit for transport. The elastic no longer runs directly over the thin carbon edges, but over a smooth, rounded PTFE component. This reduces the risk of cutting, kinking and premature wear.
The raised sides keep the elastic away from the bottom of the holdall or protective tube. During fishing, the protector also reduces friction against the inside of the pole, allowing the elastic to work more smoothly. Use the variant selector to choose the size that fits securely in your top kit without forcing the carbon.
