Tackle Guru, the brainchild of Korda Developments Limited, is a prominent name in the angling world. Our parent company, Korda Developments Limited, is a renowned private limited company based in Essex and is known for its excellence in the design and manufacture of high-quality fishing tackle. In addition, we are passionate about creating fishing films for various platforms, including television.

While the Korda brand mainly focuses on the carp market, Tackle Guru has its roots in match fishing. But with the expansion of our range of fishing tackle, we have also earned the appreciation of pleasure anglers and specimen anglers.

The foundation of both brands has always been helping anglers catch more fish. Every product is designed in-house and thoroughly tested, giving us full control over every stage of the production process, from the original concept to the finished products found in tackle shops worldwide.

Alongside our commitment to top-quality fishing tackle, Tackle Guru and Korda have also had a strong presence in the world of fishing films for many years. Our journey began in 2006 with the first series of 'Thinking Tackle', broadcast on Sky, and since then we have made an impact with shows such as 'Fishing Gurus', 'The Big Fish Off', 'Monster Carp', and 'Fishing Allstars', with multiple series shown on ITV4.

Korda, founded in 1992 by owner Danny Fairbrass, has grown into a brand that produces everything from small fishing accessories such as hooks to larger items such as luggage. Our passion for the sport and our drive for excellence have helped us continue to inspire the angling community and provide it with high-quality products and exciting fishing adventures.
