Skretting Expander Pellets are fully floating pellets that can be prepared into soft, sinking hook pellets using a pellet pump. After absorbing water, they develop a sponge-like texture that can be placed directly on the hook and presented naturally among fed pellets.

The pellets were originally developed as fully floating fish feed and have a moderate oil content. For match and coarse fishing, they are particularly suitable as soft hook bait for carp, F1, bream and other larger coarse fish. With a pellet pump, you remove the air from the pellet, allowing water to penetrate and the pellet to sink.

Preparing with a pellet pump

It is better to prepare several small batches rather than a large quantity at once. This keeps the pellets fresh and allows you to control their softness more effectively throughout the session.
