Description
The Ringers Yoyo Duos Wafters 5mm are compact hookbaits for method and feeder fishing. Their critically balanced buoyancy partially offsets the weight of the hook. This allows the bait to move naturally above the feed area and makes it easy for a fish to pick up.
The two-tone wafters provide a clear visual signal and have a distinctive pineapple aroma. The 5 mm size is particularly suitable when fishing with small hookbaits and a neat presentation on commercial fisheries. The final sinking behaviour depends on the weight of the hook used; always test the combination in the margins first.
Key features

- Compact 5 mm size
- Two-tone presentation with pineapple aroma
- Suitable for use with a bait band or bait spike

Rigging and use
Attach the wafter with a bait band or a fine bait spike and check how quickly the rig sinks before fishing. For a neat rig with a bait band, you can use the Captura Baits Bait Bands. Position the hookbait close to the groundbait in the method feeder to offer bait and groundbait as one compact food source.
Frequently asked questions
Do Ringers Yoyo Duos Wafters sink on their own?
They are wafters with slight buoyancy. Combined with the right hook, they sink slowly and sit lightly on the bottom. Always test the selected hook and rig beforehand.
Can I attach these wafters with a bait band?
Yes. The 5 mm size is suitable for a fine bait band. A bait spike is also possible when it suits the small bait size well.
When should I choose a small 5 mm wafter?
A small wafter is useful when fish are feeding cautiously, when you want a subtle presentation, or when using small groundbait particles in the method feeder.
