Frequently asked questions

What is the advantage of the double blades?

With every snip, two parallel blades make a cut at the same time. This lets you chop worms more quickly and achieve an even texture in your groundbait more easily.

Can I decide how finely the worms are chopped?

Yes. Make fewer cutting motions for coarser pieces and cut for longer for a finer consistency. Mix regularly so that all worms are chopped evenly.

How do I clean the worm scissors?

Rinse the blades thoroughly immediately after use and remove any residue between the two cutting surfaces without touching the sharp edges with your fingers. Dry the scissors completely before storing them.

Are these scissors also intended for fishing line?

No, this model is specifically developed for worms. Use dedicated rig scissors for mono or braided line, so the Worm Scissors remain clean and sharp for bait preparation.
