Mega Soft Cad Pot – Extra-Large Soft Bait Pot

The Preston Mega Soft CAD Pot is designed to accurately deliver a larger amount of bait to your chosen spot in one go when pole fishing. Its generous capacity is especially useful on commercial fisheries and when margin fishing, when you want to build up a substantial feeding spot more quickly.

The pot is made from lightweight, soft rubber-like material that helps protect the top kit. The larger attachment opening is well suited to power kits and margin poles. The perforated design reduces vacuum formation, allowing pellets, sweetcorn, hemp, groundbait, maggots or meat to release from the pot more easily.

Want to measure out smaller portions more accurately or use different lids? Then choose the Preston Soft CAD Pots as a directly compatible alternative within the same range.

Frequently asked questions about the Preston Mega Soft CAD Pot

When should I choose the Mega version?

Choose this pot when you want to deliver more bait at a time than with a standard bait pot, for example to quickly build up a feeding spot or attract large fish close to your own bank.

What bait can I use with it?

The spacious, perforated pot is suitable for pellets, sweetcorn, hemp, groundbait, maggots and pieces of meat, among other baits. Adjust the filling and compactness according to how quickly you want the bait to release.

Why is the pot perforated?

The perforations allow water and air to pass through. This reduces the vacuum effect that can cause damp or compressed bait to stick in a closed pot.

Does this pot fit a standard top kit?

The enlarged opening is primarily suitable for thicker power kits and margin poles. Before use, check that the attachment is secure without putting unnecessary strain on the material.
