Intensity 620 – Distance Feeder Reel - 🎁

The Preston Intensity 620 is a powerful feeder reel designed for accurate casting at medium and long range. The large, shallow spool allows the line to flow off smoothly, while the worm gear system ensures even line lay. This makes the reel suitable for both classic feeder fishing and situations where distance and control are crucial.

With the SDS Speed Drag System, you can adjust the drag quickly and precisely during the fight. The solid aluminium handle provides enough leverage to retrieve heavy feeders comfortably, while the 3 mm aluminium bail can withstand intensive use and transport. The reel comes with an extra CNC-machined aluminium spool; both spools have two line clips, allowing you to accurately set different fishing distances.

Frequently asked questions

What are the two line clips on the spool for?

The double line clip allows you to set two different casting distances. This is useful when you want to switch between two feeding spots during the same session.

What is the advantage of the SDS Speed Drag System?

The SDS system allows you to quickly adjust the drag lighter or heavier with a short movement. This lets you react swiftly during the fight when a larger fish suddenly takes line.

Why is a spare spool included?

You can set up a different line diameter or type of mainline on the second aluminium spool. This allows you to change your approach more quickly without having to respool the existing line first.
