Description
Preston Edge XS Pole Floats – for large baits in shallow water
The Preston Edge XS Pole Float is specially designed for fishing with larger baits in shallow water. The buoyant, highly visible 3 mm hollow tip antenna supports heavy baits and remains clearly visible when fishing along the bank, against an island or on another shallow spot.
The slim body reduces resistance on the bite. At the same time, the central line-through design, reinforced Dura-Side side eye and strong fibreglass stem provide a robust setup suitable for targeting carp and other powerful fish.

Frequently asked questions about the Preston Edge XS Pole Floats
What locations is the Edge XS intended for?
This float performs best in shallow water, for example along your own bank, against an island or on a shallow commercial fishery swim.
Why does this float have a 3 mm hollow antenna?
The thick, buoyant antenna remains highly visible and offers sufficient buoyancy for larger baits. This allows you to present substantial baits without the antenna sinking unnecessarily deep.
What makes the construction suitable for carp?
The line runs through the float body and is also guided through a strong Dura-Side side eye. Together with the fibreglass stem, this provides extra confidence when playing powerful fish.
