Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I fit these inserts?

They fit into the 36 mm clamp of a Preston Offbox 36 accessory. The insert then reduces the internal diameter of the fixing so it fits around a smaller leg.

How do I choose the right insert?

Check the shape and outer diameter of the seatbox or chair leg, then select the corresponding version using the product selector.

Are these inserts suitable for the original Offbox or Offbox Pro system?

No. Preston explicitly states that these inserts are for Offbox 36 accessories and are not compatible with the original Offbox or Offbox Pro accessories.

How many inserts are included in a pack?

You receive two identical inserts of the selected version.
