The Matrix Horizon X Ultra Pro X-Class Feeder Rod is designed for accurate medium-range feeder fishing on canals, lakes and other natural waters. The slim Japanese carbon blank combines fast recovery during the cast with a forgiving playing action, allowing you to cast precisely without losing control of the fish.

Ultra-high modulus carbon, low-friction XQG RS Silicon Nitride guides and an ultra-light carbon reel seat keep the rod crisp and responsive. The minimalist black EVA handle provides a direct and comfortable grip. Each rod comes with two carbon feeder tips with a 2.8 mm fitting; the supplied tip strengths depend on the selected model. Original spare tips are available in the Matrix Horizon X Ultra Pro X-Class Quiver Tips 2.8mm range.

A blank that stabilises quickly after the cast reduces unwanted residual vibration. This helps you cast the feeder more accurately and consistently to the same spot.

Which spare tips fit this rod?
Use original Horizon X Ultra Pro X-Class carbon feeder tips with a 2.8 mm fitting. Match the tip strength to bite detection, wind and current; the oz rating of the tip is not the same as the rod's maximum casting weight.
