Xpert Maggot Micro Barbed – Barbed Hook 🎁

The Korum Xpert Maggot Micro Barbed is a specially designed eyed maggot hook for anglers who want to combine a delicate bait presentation with enough security during the fight. The distinctive Crystal Bend positions maggots and other small baits favourably, keeping the hook point clear for quick hook penetration.

The eye allows a direct and reliable connection to the hooklength, while the micro barb helps keep both the bait and hooked fish in place. This pattern is therefore suitable not only for traditional coarse fishing, but also for situations where larger, stronger fish are expected on small bait.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Crystal Bend on this hook do?

The special bend helps keep the bait in a compact position on the hook. This leaves the hook point clearer to quickly take hold on a bite.

Is this hook only suitable for maggots?

No. The pattern was developed for maggots, but can also be used with other small, soft baits such as casters or small pieces of worm. Choose the amount of bait to suit the hook and target fish.

When is a micro barb useful?

A micro barb helps keep both the bait and fish on the hook more securely during the fight. Always check local regulations, as some fisheries allow barbless hooks only.
