Each Shoter has a deep, chamfered groove. This makes it easy to position it straight on the line, and it holds securely even on thicker nylon line during powerful fights. The shot is made from tin rather than lead and, thanks to its soft material and cylindrical shape, can be moved or removed relatively easily without unnecessarily damaging the line.
