Pellets Pump – Pellet Pump

With the Fun Fishing Pellets Pump, you can easily prepare floating expander pellets as soft, sinking hook pellets. The set consists of a pump and a pellet reservoir. By drawing air out of the porous pellets, water or a liquid attractor can be absorbed into them.

Fun Fishing developed this pump for its own Expander and K-Pro Expander pellets. A direct match is the Fun Fishing K-Pro Expander. You can use plain water or make the bait extra attractive during preparation with, for example, Fun Fishing Amino Booster.

Key features

• Set with vacuum pump and pellet reservoir
• For preparing sinking expander pellets
• Suitable for use with water, Amino Booster or Fluo Boost
• Small release button for controlled pressure release
• Developed for Fun Fishing Expander and K-Pro Expander
• Preparation time of approximately 5 to 10 minutes

How to use the Fun Fishing Pellets Pump

1. Place a small quantity of expander pellets in the reservoir.
2. Add water, Amino Booster or Fluo Boost.
3. Pump until maximum vacuum is reached. The handle will then automatically return to the lowest position and pumping will become harder; give it a few more pumps.
4. Leave the pellets to rest in the reservoir for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Release the pressure using the small button and check whether the pellets sink.
6. Repeat the vacuum process if necessary.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know when maximum vacuum has been reached?

According to Fun Fishing, the pump handle will then automatically return to the lowest position. Pumping will feel harder at that point; give it a few more strokes to remove as much air from the pellets as possible.

How long should the pellets rest after pumping?

Leave them in the reservoir for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Then check in water that they sink properly and repeat the process if necessary.

Can I add extra attractor after draining?

Yes. Fun Fishing advises that you can add a small amount of Amino Booster after draining for extra aroma and flavour. Follow the recommended dosage of the liquid.
