Frequently asked questions about the Fishing Things FT1

What type of fishing is the FT1 suitable for?

The FT1 is an all-round choice for pole fishing. It is particularly suitable when fishing for carp or bream, but can also be used for other coarse fish in still or gently flowing water.

What bait is suitable for this float?

The 3 mm antenna is highly visible and can support common pond baits such as pellets, sweetcorn, maggots or a piece of worm. Match the capacity and shotting to the chosen bait and conditions.

How do I attach the FT1 to the line?

Use well-fitting silicone tubes on the bottom antenna and check that the float is straight and secure. Distribute the shot so that only the desired section of the top antenna remains above the water.
