Description
Drennan Vertex Elasticated Whip Kit 4m
The Drennan Vertex Elasticated Whip Kit 4m is a complete, ready-to-use whip fishing set for anglers who want to catch plenty of small fish quickly and easily. The fully elasticated top absorbs the initial runs of a larger bonus fish, increasing your chances of landing F1s and smaller carp under control.
The set comes pre-rigged with a 4 lb / 0.18 mm main line, a 3 lb / 0.15 mm hooklength and a barbless size 16 Silverfish Pellet hook. This hook is suitable for maggots, casters, soft pellets, sweetcorn and bread, among other baits. A Match Disgorger, Pole Hook Up and pre-fitted elastic connector are also included.

Frequently asked question
What is the advantage of the elasticated top?
The elastic stretches when a fish makes a powerful run. This puts less sudden pressure on the fine hooklength and gives you more control when a stronger F1 or carp takes the bait among the smaller fish.
