Feeder Dark 1kg – Dark Feeder Groundbait - 🎁

Champion Feed Feeder Dark is a dark feeder groundbait specially developed for roach fishing on cold and dark days. Its balanced composition and distinctive herb aroma are designed to attract larger roach.

Like the other groundbaits in the Champion Feed Feeder Range, this mix has sufficient binding power to stay securely in the feeder cage during casting. Once on the bottom, the groundbait releases actively. The dark colour makes Feeder Dark particularly suitable when you want to avoid a conspicuous bed of groundbait in clear or cold water.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose dark feeder groundbait?
Dark groundbait is especially useful in clear and cold water or over a dark bottom. The bed of groundbait then stands out less, which can give cautious roach more confidence.

How do I prepare Champion Feed Feeder Dark?
Add water gradually, mix thoroughly and allow the groundbait to rest briefly. Then sieve the mix for an even texture that stays in the feeder cage during casting and breaks down well on the bottom.

How do I check whether the groundbait is releasing properly from the feeder cage?
Lower a filled feeder cage close to the bank and observe how quickly the groundbait is released. Add a small amount of dry groundbait or water if the mix is too wet or too dry, respectively.
