By gradually adjusting the amount of water, you can determine how soft the paste becomes and how quickly it breaks down around the hook. This fast-acting Paste is suitable for pole fishing and feeder fishing when you want to quickly release aroma and food particles around the hookbait.

The mix contains wheat, fishmeal, soybean meal, wheat germ, fish oil, wheat gluten and krill meal, supplemented with amino acids and appetite stimulants. If you need a firmer, more adhesive paste, for example for more powerful casts or a longer breakdown time, choose Carpshop24 Power Plus Paste.

Preparation

Put only the required amount of mix in a bowl and gradually add water. Knead thoroughly until a homogeneous paste is formed, then leave it to rest for around 10 minutes. Then test a small ball in the water. If the paste is too dry, add a few drops of water; if it is too soft, work in some dry mix.

For extra aroma or colour, you can add a small amount of Captura Baits 4-in-1 Bait Booster to the mixing water. If you want to make the Paste sweeter, Sucram and Pigor Magna Sweet are suitable powder additives. Always follow the recommended dosage when adding ingredients.

How can I make the Power Paste dissolve more slowly?
Use slightly less water, knead the paste for longer and allow it to rest completely. If you consistently need more adhesive strength, Power Plus Paste is the more suitable base.

Can I prepare the Paste in advance?
Yes, but keep the paste cool and tightly sealed. Check the softness again before use and preferably do not prepare more than you need during the session.

Why should I test a small ball in the water first?
Water temperature, added liquids and the exact amount of water affect the breakdown rate. A quick test lets you see whether the paste stays around the hook for long enough.
