Straight Forceps 23cm – Straight Disgorger

Arca Straight Forceps 23 cm – straight disgorger forceps

The Arca Straight Forceps are long, straight disgorger forceps for controlled hook removal. At 23 cm long, they provide extra reach, allowing you to carefully reach hooks positioned deeper in the fish’s mouth.

The straight jaws make it easy to work directly towards the hook. These forceps are therefore a practical choice for anglers who want more reach and a firmer grip than with a short, classic disgorger.

Key features

Frequently asked questions

What is the advantage of 23 cm forceps?

The extra length provides more reach when a hook is positioned deeper in the fish’s mouth. This allows you to grip the hook without having to put your fingers deep into the mouth.

When should I choose straight rather than curved disgorger forceps?

Straight forceps are useful when you can reach the hook directly. For difficult angles, curved forceps may be more suitable.

How do I use these disgorger forceps?

Grip the hook firmly with the jaws of the forceps and carefully turn it back in the direction in which it entered. Support the fish properly and do not force the hook.

How do I keep the Arca Straight Forceps in good condition?

Rinse off dirt after use, dry the forceps thoroughly and store them in a dry place. Also check regularly that the hinge continues to operate smoothly.
