Ringers Pellet Wafters are balanced hookbaits with the natural appearance and colour of a feed pellet. Their slight buoyancy means the weight of the wafter is largely offset by the hook. This creates a subtle presentation that carp, bream and other coarse fish can easily take.

The dumbbell shape makes these hookbaits suitable for mounting on a hair rig or with a pellet band. The wafters excel when method feeder and pellet feeder fishing, but can also be used for pole fishing or pellet waggler fishing. You can also soak them briefly or add extra flavour when you want the hookbait to stand out more.

Use

Attach the wafter to a hair rig or place it in a suitable pellet band. Always check the combination in the margin: hook size, hair length and hooklength material determine how lightly the bait presents itself. Adjust the rig until the hook remains on the bottom and the wafter sits naturally above it.
