Preston Supera X Superlight Feeder & Float

The Preston Supera X Superlight range has been developed for anglers looking for a light, balanced rod with a soft, progressive playing action. The slim X-Wrap carbon blank absorbs sudden lunges, helping when fishing with small hooks or fine hooklengths. Within the same range, you can choose between feeder rods for fishing with a feeder and a dedicated float rod for light wagglers.

The feeder rods are suitable for delicate fishing for bream, silver bream and other silverfish on natural waters and commercials. Their slow-taper quivertips clearly register cautious bites. They come with three carbon tips of 0.5, 0.75 and 1 oz and can be used with nylon or braided main line.

The 12ft Float is designed specifically for float fishing. The rod casts light wagglers accurately, recovers quickly for timely striking and retains a soft action during the fight. Preston positions this model for commercial silverfish, as well as carp and F1s that bite more cautiously during cold periods. This float rod does not have interchangeable quivertips.
