Supera X Float Rods – Waggler rods (available to order)

Attention: this product is made to order with a delivery time of approximately one week.

The Preston Supera X Float Rods have been developed for fishing with a waggler and pellet waggler on commercial and natural waters. The balanced blanks combine a smooth playing action with control over the float rig. Lightweight Minima guides have a wide opening for the line, while the flat EVA/cork handle provides a comfortable hand position when holding and casting. Within the range, the rods mainly differ in their application and action.

Which application suits your fishing?

The Pellet Waggler is designed for short to medium-distance casts and active fishing with frequent recasting. The parabolic action bends through towards the handle section, while the short handle keeps the rod manoeuvrable. Preston specifies wagglers up to approximately 8 g as the intended application for this model.

The Carp Waggler is intended for longer casts with larger floats and waters where larger fish are the target. The powerful progressive action is combined with fast recovery. The traditional Waggler version offers extra reach when picking up line and fishing deeper water, with a more classic action.
