Description
The Preston Super Soft Shot Dispenser is an organised dispenser box containing soft round split shot for accurately balancing float rigs. The shot is carefully calibrated for consistent weight and features a neatly formed, centrally cut groove. This allows you to place it quickly and straight onto both fine and thicker nylon lines.
The extra-soft lead closes around the line with little pressure and can be carefully moved with minimal damage. The rotating dispenser keeps the different shot sizes separate, making it easy to select the right shot while setting up or adjusting a rig.

Frequently asked questions
Why is soft lead useful when balancing a float rig?
Soft lead closes around the line with little pressure. This makes it easier to adjust its position while keeping the risk of line damage to a minimum.
Can I use this shot on fine nylon line?
Yes. The central groove is designed to position the shot neatly on both fine and thicker lines.
Can I refill the dispenser later?
Yes. Preston Super Soft Shot Refills are available in individual shot sizes, so you only need to refill the empty compartments.
