Description
Preston Pro Tripod
The Preston Pro Tripod is a lightweight and stable tripod for situations where a bankstick is difficult or impossible to insert into the ground. It is especially useful on hard canal banks, fishing platforms and other hard-standing spots.
The central fitting is suitable for accessories with a standard thread, such as rod rest heads, pole rollers and top kit rests. This makes the tripod a versatile, freestanding base that you can use for various setups. After fishing, it packs away compactly in the supplied carry bag.

Frequently asked question
When should I use a tripod instead of a bankstick?
A tripod is particularly practical on concrete, wood, stone or a very hard bank where you cannot insert a bankstick. On a soft bank, a bankstick may be more compact, while this freestanding tripod offers greater positioning flexibility on a hard-standing spot.
