Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic

Preston Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic – powerful hybrid elastic for pole fishing

The Preston Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic combines strength, durability and high stretch in a solid hybrid elastic. This gives you controlled fish-playing performance when targeting F1s and carp, among others, including on commercial fisheries where many fish are caught in a short time.

The elastic is supplied in a 3-metre length and pre-treated with lubricant oil. This coating promotes smooth movement through the top kit and helps support a long service life. For connecting to your rig, use the Preston Slip Dacron Connectors; for maintenance, you can treat the elastic with Preston Dura Slip Lubricant. Frequently asked questions about Preston Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic

What type of fishing is this elastic intended for?

Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is developed for a wide range of pole fishing applications, particularly for F1s and carp. The combination of stretch and strength is especially useful on waters with a high catch rate.

Why is the elastic pre-treated with lubricant oil?

The pre-treatment reduces friction and allows the elastic to run more smoothly through the top kit. This supports both performance and durability.

How do I choose the right strength?

Match the selected strength to the target fish, hook size, hooklength, and the load capacity of your rod and top kit. Select the available version directly in the variant selector.
