Description
Preston Dibber Pole Floats – stable floats for shallow water
The Preston Dibber Pole Float is designed for pole fishing in shallow water. The NiTi metal stem helps the float settle quickly, while the buoyant tip provides sufficient buoyancy for a range of baits. This allows you to fish efficiently without missing delicate bites.
Key features
- Designed for fast and clear presentation in shallow water
- NiTi metal stem helps the float settle quickly and securely
- Strong central line-through design instead of a vulnerable side eye
- Buoyant tip for baits such as casters, meat and pellets
- Suitable for commercial carp pole fishing
- Supplied in packs of 10
Thanks to the central line-through design, the main line runs directly through the float. This makes the rig robust when fishing for carp or other powerful species in shallow water. For a neat attachment to the stem, you can use suitable float silicone.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the Preston Dibber suitable for shallow water?
The short, compact design and NiTi stem ensure that the float settles quickly. This means you can quickly see what is happening to the bait, even in shallow water.
What bait can I use with this float?
The buoyant tip is suitable for various baits, including casters, meat and pellets.
What is the advantage of the central line-through design?
The line runs through the float body, so no external side eye is put under strain. This provides extra reliability when fishing for powerful fish.
