The Matrix Ultron Coated Braid is a smooth, coated braided line for anglers who want to fish accurately at greater distances. Matrix developed this line together with European consultants to help prevent wind knots during long casts. The smooth outer coating reduces friction through the rod guides, allowing the line to run freely off the spool.
The eight-strand microfibre PE construction combines high knot strength with zero stretch. This transmits tentative bites more directly and keeps contact with the rig clear. The durable anti-wind-knot coating makes the line particularly suitable as a main line for feeder fishing. Supplied on a 200-metre spool.
