The extremely stiff, coated material helps keep the short loop open and easily accessible. The moulded TPR bead is durable and slides over the elastic knot, creating a compact finish while protecting the attachment point at the rod tip.

What is the advantage of the extra-short Dacron loop?
The short loop limits excess movement between the rod tip and rig. This keeps the connection compact and lets you react more directly when the float indicates a bite.
How do I fit the connector to the top elastic?
Secure the elastic firmly to the base of the Dacron loop, then pull the TPR bead over the knot. Check that the knot is fully covered and that the bead stays securely in place.
Which version is suitable for my elastic?
Choose the connector based on the diameter and strength of your top elastic. The bead should close firmly around the knot without pinching the elastic; select the suitable version using the product selector.
