MAP Side Roller Puller – smooth operation of your pole elastic
The MAP Side Roller Puller is a puller bush with an internal roller wheel for controlled tensioning and relaxing of pole elastic during the fight. The combination of smooth PTFE and the roller wheel reduces friction on the elastic, allowing it to move smoothly through the side opening and reducing the risk of localised wear.
This puller fits as a replacement in MAP TKS top kits already fitted with the original grey Side Puller. For fitting in a new top set, the packaging includes a template for a 28 x 6 mm opening. Correct positioning and a smoothly finished opening are important to allow the elastic to run freely.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fit this puller directly into my existing MAP TKS top kit?
You can if the top kit is already fitted with the original grey MAP Side Puller. Carefully remove the old bush, clean the edges and check that the new puller fits into the opening without tension.
Can I also fit the Side Roller Puller in a top set without an existing slot?
Yes, but a suitable opening must be made in the rod section. Use the 28 x 6 mm template on the packaging and, if in doubt, have the fitting carried out by someone experienced in modifying top sets.
