Expedition Folda-Weigh Mat

The Korum Expedition Folda-Weigh Mat is a compact unhooking mat that also lets you weigh the fish directly. Once unfolded, the raised sides create a safe working area and help prevent an active fish from easily sliding off the mat.

Using the two integrated weighing straps, you can lift the closed mat with a suitable Korum scale. This means you do not need to transfer the fish to a separate weigh sling first. The ends are secured for extra stability, and after use the mat folds back into a slim transport size.

The durable 150D PU construction is lightweight and practical for mobile sessions. Two D-rings allow attachment to compatible Korum luggage.

Frequently asked questions

Do I still need a separate weigh sling?

No. The integrated straps allow you to weigh the fish directly in the closed mat. Always check that the fish is lying safely and use a suitable scale.

How do I secure the raised sides?

Unfold the mat completely and secure the ends before placing the fish on it. This gives the mat its protective shape and keeps the unhooking area stable.

Can I attach the Folda-Weigh Mat to my luggage?

Yes. The two D-rings are designed to attach the folded mat to compatible Korum luggage and carrying systems.
