The pattern of the Guru Skimmer Carbon bobber is a true all-rounder for natural locations, ideal for still waters and canals, or slow-flowing rivers.
The body shape is an elongated rugby ball, offering excellent stability and a well-designed body to provide minimal resistance when catching fish and when it is struck out of the water.
The Hi-Viz fiberglass bristles and the steel diameters increase as the bobbers get larger, from 0.5 g to 4 g, so everything is in proportion and balanced as you go bigger.
The fiberglass tips are easy to see and also translucent, making them visible under all lighting conditions, with the glass being very sensitive to detect bites from fish of all sizes in various situations.
The stainless steel versions of the bobber are suitable for situations where stability is a priority, allowing you to hold bait super stable and static, even in rough and windy conditions.
The carbon steel is better suited for fast fishing situations where less tangling is a priority during super-fast casting and retrieving, or when you want to catch fish while descending, so the bobber can 'follow' the bait as it falls through the water.
The carbon itself is thin for ultimate performance and cuts cleanly through the water, so you won’t experience annoying delays from surface foam on calm days.
