Guru Puller Beads: grip for your elastic
With Guru Puller Beads, you can tension the elastic at your top kit puller in a controlled way while playing a fish. The bead gives you a clear gripping point and keeps the elastic knot neatly out of the way. The soft material is also sufficiently firm to prevent the elastic from being pulled through the bead.
A recess in the bead holds the knot. This keeps the setup compact and makes the knot protrude less. The low profile also helps reduce tangles. You can use these puller beads with both a side puller bush and a traditional puller bung.
Easy fitting with the supplied needle
The beads are pre-threaded onto a Guru Diamond Eye Needle. Insert the elastic through the eye of the needle and slide the bead onto the elastic. Then tie the knot and pull it into the recess in the bead. Choose a bead size that suits your elastic and knot.
A puller bead sits on the puller side of the top kit. For the connection between the elastic and your rig, you can use Guru Pole Elastic Connectors. Choose the right size for your elastic there too.
