Frequently asked questions

When should I choose a hair rig with a stopper?

A stopper is practical when bait is slid onto the hair or attached with a baiting needle. The stopper closes off the hair and helps prevent the hook bait from coming loose during the cast or when a fish takes the bait.

What hook bait can I use on this rig?

The rig is designed for drilled pellets and other hard baits, among other things, but can also be used with suitable soft hook baits. Match the bait size to the hook and leave sufficient space between the bait and the hook bend.

Why is the hooklength 10 cm long?

A compact hooklength keeps the hook bait close to the Method feeder and the released groundbait. This length is therefore designed for a fast, direct presentation when Method fishing.

Which fish species is this hooklength suitable for?

The official application is aimed at F1s, bream and medium-sized carp. Always choose a version and rig setup that match the expected fish, conditions and the rest of your tackle.
