Frenkies Dobbers Bakkie 2 – sensitive float with carbon stem

The Frenkies Dobbers Bakkie 2 is a sensitive float for fishing for coarse fish and carp when a natural bait fall and clear bite indication are important. The balsa wood Chianti-shaped body combines stability with a delicate presentation, while the hollow top antenna also makes cautious bites clearly visible.

Thanks to the carbon bottom antenna, the float sinks calmly and naturally through the water column. This allows you not only to detect bites on the bottom, but also to register fish taking the bait as it sinks. This works particularly well with a spread shotting pattern. Use suitable float silicone to attach the line neatly along the carbon stem.

Frequently asked questions about the Frenkies Dobbers Bakkie 2

When should I choose the Bakkie 2?

Choose this model when you want to fish sensitively and also want to see bites as the bait sinks, for example when targeting coarse fish or cautious carp.

Which shotting pattern is best suited to this float?

A spread shotting pattern makes the best use of the carbon stem's calm bait fall. This keeps the bait natural for longer on its way to the chosen fishing depth.

What does the hollow antenna do?

The hollow antenna combines sufficient buoyancy with clear bite indication, ensuring that both small taps and lift bites remain clearly visible.
