Pole Floats As Carp 3 – Float (10 pieces) 💰

Drennan AS Carp 3 float

The Drennan AS Carp 3 is a stable and sensitive pole float for commercial fisheries. The classic body-down shape keeps the float steady on the line while still clearly registering subtle bites. This makes the model highly versatile with maggots, casters, sweetcorn, pellets and meat.

The highly buoyant balsa body is finished with Drennan's hard-wearing lacquer. The resilient nickel-titanium stem resists bending, while the micro-wound eye provides a reliable connection to the line. Thanks to the interchangeable 1.8 mm Hi-Viz tip, you can easily adapt visibility to the light conditions and background.

Frequently asked questions

What is the advantage of the body-down shape?
The lower-positioned buoyant body provides extra stability. This helps you present the bait steadily when there is wind, flow or fish movement over the spot.

When is a black tip useful?
A black tip can stand out better against a bright or white water surface. As the 1.8 mm tip is interchangeable, you can adapt the colour to the conditions.

What baits can I use this float with?
The AS Carp 3 is suitable for a wide range of baits, including maggots, casters, sweetcorn, pellets and meat.
