Mascotte Gigante Dispenser – Dispenser Box with Round Split Shot

The Colmic Mascotte Gigante is a large dispenser box with carefully selected round split shot for accurately balancing float rigs. The perfectly centred slot helps position the shot straight on the nylon line, while the medium hardness is designed to minimise line damage when carefully moving the shot.

The rotating dispenser contains 11 compartments and approximately 350 grams of lead in total. This gives you a generous, well-organised supply of consecutive shot sizes, both at home on the rigging table and on the bank.

Frequently asked questions

What do I use this lead dispenser for?

The Mascotte Gigante is designed for building and accurately balancing float rigs. With the consecutive shot sizes, you can assemble both the main weight and smaller dropper shot.

How do I attach round split shot without damaging the nylon line?

Place the line in the slot and squeeze the shot evenly, only closing it enough to hold securely. Preferably use suitable split-shot pliers and avoid repeatedly squeezing it open and shut hard in the same spot.

What is the advantage of a dispenser with 11 compartments?

You can keep multiple shot sizes separate and readily accessible. This allows you to adjust the weight of the rig in small increments without having to take several separate boxes with you.
