Paste

Paste, also known as hook paste, is soft bait that can be moulded around the hook, a pellet or a special holder. It is used for pole fishing and feeder fishing and can be adapted in size and presentation.

Choose the flavour, colour and composition based on the target species and groundbait strategy. When preparing it, ensure the desired firmness: the paste should be easy to apply and suited to the casting distance and water flow.
