Ground Baby Corn 1kg – Ground Baby Corn

Van den Eynde Ground Baby Corn is finely ground, processed maize that makes a groundbait mix sweeter, richer and more binding. During production, the maize is treated with steam and pressure. This allows the ingredient to absorb moisture easily and distribute evenly throughout the groundbait.

Baby corn is particularly interesting when targeting bream and other larger coarse fish. It adds nutritional value and sweetness while helping to make a mix more compact. This is useful when the groundbait needs to remain firmer during casting or should only break down on the bottom. Mix it dry into the groundbait, then moisten gradually so you can control its effect properly.

Frequently asked questions

How much baby corn should I add to groundbait?
Start with a modest proportion and increase it depending on the desired sweetness and binding. Preferably use no more than approximately 20 to 25% of the total dry mix.

When is Ground Baby Corn particularly useful?
Use it when you want to make sweeter, more nutritious groundbait with stronger binding properties, for example for bream or other large coarse fish.

Do I mix baby corn into the groundbait before or after moistening?
First mix it evenly through the dry ingredients. Then moisten the complete mix in stages and allow the groundbait to rest in between.
