Description
Frenkies Dobbers Timo – sensitive float for still waters
The Frenkies Dobbers Timo has been developed for pole fishing on still waters. Its slim balsa wood body responds precisely to bait movement, ensuring even cautious bites remain clearly visible. Its lightweight construction makes this float particularly suitable when a refined presentation is important.
The 3.0 mm balsa wood top antenna provides a clearly visible reference point, while the 0.8 mm fibre bottom antenna supports the rig steadily. Attach the float using suitable float silicone and adjust the shotting pattern to the depth, wind and bait presentation.

Frequently asked questions about the Frenkies Dobbers Timo
What type of water is the Timo intended for?
This float performs best on still waters, where its lightweight and sensitive construction helps register subtle bites clearly.
What is the advantage of a balsa wood antenna?
A balsa wood antenna combines buoyancy with excellent visibility. This allows the rig to be finely shotted without making the antenna difficult to read.
How do I attach this float to the line?
Guide the line through the eye and secure the bottom antenna with suitable float silicone. After shotting, check that the antenna remains at the desired height above the water.
