Ventalite Clip On Tray – Side Tray Extension

Preston Ventalite Clip On Tray – extra space for small tackle

The Preston Ventalite Clip On Tray gives small accessories their own place beside your bait setup. You attach this compact additional tray to a second-generation Ventalite Side Tray. This keeps items such as hooklength materials, scissors or your mobile phone within easy reach, without taking up space between your bait boxes. It is an extension for your existing side tray, not a standalone tray for mounting to a seatbox leg.

Two mounting clips connect the tray to the edge of the compatible Ventalite side tray. The hinge allows you to fold down the Clip On Tray when it is not in use. This means the extension can remain attached to the main side tray, so you do not need to remove it every time. With dimensions of 15 by 28 cm and a stated weight of 240 grams, this additional storage space remains compact.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Clip On Tray fit every Ventalite side tray?
Preston specifically mentions second-generation Ventalite Side Trays. Compatibility with the older, two-piece Offbox Venta-Lite Side Tray XL has not been confirmed. The name XL or Ventalite alone is not enough to determine the generation and fitting. Do not automatically assume compatibility with a tray from another brand either. Not sure which version you have? Let us check the model before you order.

Are the side tray and accessories included?
No, this product is only the Clip On Tray extension with its mounting clips. The main side tray and the pictured items are not included.

Looking for a compact tray with a lid instead? The Preston Offbox Deluxe Accessory Tray is an alternative with a waterproof hinged lid and its own Offbox mounting.
