The Preston Supera X Distance Feeder Rods range builds on the huge success of the Supera X range and is a highly requested addition. These rods are built to launch feeders over long distances and have a wonderfully powerful yet progressive action. This provides the perfect balance between casting power and damping for playing fish of all sizes.

We have worked hard to ensure the quiver tips provide the right amount of sensitivity while still having enough power for casting heavy weights. This allows us to now offer lighter tips, including 1 & 1.5oz, giving you sensitivity even at extreme distances!

These Preston Supera X Distance Feeder Rods models feature X wrap technology and are built with the best components, including extra-large American Tackle distance guides, Fuji reel seat, and the classic EVA/cork flat handle.

3.6m - 80gr casting class
The shortest model in the range, the 3.6m length is perfect for commercials or natural waters where distances of 60-70m are needed. This model is ideal for multiple scenarios as a true all-rounder!

3.8m - 80gr casting class
Ideally suited for distances of 70+ meters. This is the perfect distance rod for bream or large open waters where a powerful blank is needed. It’s also a great option for days with extremely rough weather when more power is required.

4.0m - 100gr casting class
A great option for those looking for a rod that can be used to cast extreme distances. Also very suitable as a river feeder rod! The 4m version features a strong, powerful action, making casting distances over 80m a breeze. Yet the rod has enough damping to prevent backlash.

4.2m - 120gr casting class
The longest model in the range is suitable for situations where extreme distances are needed. Distances over 100m are easily achieved, while the rod also performs well as a river feeder rod thanks to the extra length and powerful blank.
