Frequently asked questions
Why does this float have a pyramid shape?
Its shape gives the float excellent stability without making bite detection unnecessarily insensitive. This makes it suitable for different conditions on a carpodrome.
Can I use the Preston Pyramid with paste?
Yes. The stable body and highly visible hollow tip make this model suitable for the additional weight of paste on the hook.
How does the reversible two-colour tip work?
You can reverse the hollow tip to place the most visible colour at the top. This lets you quickly adapt to a light or dark background and changing light conditions.
