Description
With the Preston ICS Bait Up Feeder, you can deliver larger quantities of groundbait or particles to your feeding spot. This feeder is specifically designed for building up or topping up a swim. The Hexmesh design helps the bait release from the feeder, while the forward-positioned weight distribution supports casting distance. Thanks to the connection to the ICS system, you can switch to the feeder you want to fish with after feeding.
Feeding and fishing with the same ICS rig
Use the Bait Up Feeder when you want to establish a feeding spot before fishing. With each cast, you deliver a generous portion of bait to the chosen spot, then replace the feeder within the ICS system. This means you do not need to rebuild your entire rig for the change. You can also switch back during the session to top up the feeding spot.
Open Hexmesh feeder with forward weight
The hexagonal mesh gives the groundbait and particles room to escape from the feeder. The weight is positioned towards the front to support distance casting. When filling it, take the total casting weight into account: not only the feeder, but also the bait carried in it puts strain on your rod.
