Preston Euro Carp 1000 STR Margin
The Preston Euro Carp 1000 STR Margin is a strong, stiff margin pole for large carp close to the bank. You can comfortably use it at different lengths up to the full 10 metres, allowing you to reach fish further along the bank or near an obstacle. The six-section pole weighs 765 grams.
The Euro Carp STR series is built on a single mandrel. This means that the pole sections and top kits of the STR, STR X and STR S are interchangeable. The top kits also feature depth markers at every centimetre, making it easy to accurately repeat fishing depth, shotting patterns and the distance between the float and connector. As a longer main pole, the active Preston Euro Carp 1300 STR is an ideal match for this specialised margin pole.

No. You can fish with the pole at various lengths up to 10 metres. This makes it suitable for both the immediate bank area and more distant margin spots.
Can I use my other Euro Carp STR top kits?
Yes. Preston uses the same mandrel and identical top-kit connection throughout the STR range, making the STR top kits developed for it interchangeable.
