Description
Matrix XTR Grey F1 Super Short Kit 1.7 m
The Matrix XTR Grey F1 Super Short Kit is a two-piece, extra-short top kit for shallow fishing for F1s. Its limited length keeps the rig compact and direct, while the two-piece construction provides enough flex to reduce hook pulls during fast fights. Weighing just approximately 26.5 grams, it maintains the balance of a suitable XTR pole as much as possible.
The grey carbon gives the top kit a more discreet anti-spook finish without adding weight or compromising performance. The kit is already fitted with an internal PTFE bush and a Matrix Revolve side puller, allowing the elastic setup to be prepared quickly. Printed depth markers help you accurately reset the same fishing depth.

Frequently asked questions
Why should I use an extra-short top kit?
A short kit makes shallow fishing more compact and direct. You can strike quickly, land fish efficiently and present the rig again at the same depth more easily.
Is the top kit already prepared for Elastic?
Yes. The kit has a fitted internal PTFE bush and a Revolve side puller. You only need to choose and fit a suitable Elastic setup.
What are the depth markers for?
They help you remember the position of the Float and therefore the set fishing depth, allowing you to quickly reset it precisely after changing rigs.
